1. About these terms

This website is operated by Zundaro ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify, and payments are processed securely at Shopify checkout.

2. Digital products

We sell digital products such as templates, guides and eBooks. Product descriptions list the file format and what you need to open or use each product. Please read them before you buy. Colors and layouts may look slightly different depending on your screen, printer or the app you use.

3. License

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own personal use. You may customize and print it for yourself. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense or claim the files as your own, in whole or in part, whether free or paid. All products remain the intellectual property of Zundaro.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed incorrectly or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital, refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Accuracy of information

We try to keep all information on this site accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain errors. Our guides and templates are for general informational purposes and are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zundaro is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
